Perga is a fermented and enzymatically-activated product made by bees in limited quantities. This natural superfood is enhanced with all the treasures of the hive and a broad range of natural probiotics. Perga is considered to be the most valuable product of beekeeping and nature’s most complete nourishing food as it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans. In comparison to bee pollen, Perga has 4 times the bio-availability. It is soft, chewy and has a sweet taste, with tangy aftertaste.

Perga health benefits:

  • Immunity support*
  • Healthy glowing skin*
  • Good vision*
  • Muscle mass growth**
  • Healthy bones**
  • Energizer

How to take: Perga is very potent, start off by eating a few pellets at a time first thing in the morning and work your way up to 1 teaspoon. One way that we recommend to get the most out of the bee bread it to dissolve the granules in the mouth for as long as possible.  This way, useful substances are absorbed even in the mucous membranes of the mouth before moving further into the digestive process.

Perga can also be added to porridge, yoghurt and salad or mix it in smoothies, soups and pasta.

I’ve started using it few years ago and ordered again. Expensive but worth it.
